LotR this Sat at the Cinerama
This Saturday the 12th the Cinerama is running a showing of all three
extended versions of Lord of the Rings. Several people whom I have already
purchased tickets for can no longer make it to the showings. They are $35
each. The doors open at 10 am, the first movie starts at 11 am, and there
are two 1 hour breaks, one each between each movie, which finishes
everything up by about 11 pm that night. I will be waiting in line either
late Friday night or very, very early Sat morning. If anyone is interested
in showing up, I have 4 tickets unspoken for. Drop me an email or call me at
817-992-8037.

After the movies, we plan to do drinks ;)

	SWEET!!! So, is that saying that you are free this Saturday? As in, you might be up for some games, perhaps, or just drinks? I have 2 bottles of vodka with your name on them. I'll have to work on creating a nice day of fun and drinking and games on Sat instead. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	I was just about to call you about this ;) Yes, we are doing TU tomorrow, starting at 7 (which really means about 8ish). C&L may be there. We are also going to be doing a bunch of gaming stuff at my house all day Sat. Mainly TU and Pinnocle, I think. If you both are free, we'd love to have you. (Reply to this) (Parent)

Although I certianly wanted to do this, again, I was releveid to google that it had indeed been cancelled.

Because how can one resolve one's desire to geek out, with geeks, for 12 hours in a smelly, unwashed theatre, with the absolute certainty that one's already scheduled dinner companion will most certainly NOT accept the excuse of "but baby, I had to go. Middle Earth needed me."

Nope. Not going to happen. ANother bullet dodged.

And mister Tibbles, I distinctly recall that there was a party in the offing, and even I more distinctly recall not attending, for lack of knowledge.

bad tibbles, bad. I've got your ticket requests, I anticipate no problems. Was that one seat, or two?

	just wanted to drop a line I travel alot or used to anyhow when i was in the navy and I too enjoy playing card games...L5R in specific and it is good to find someone else who does aswell. anyhow hope you dont mind me adding you as a friend. sorry about gramer i have been at work here at nasa for 14 hours doing preps and sims for the flight coming up here soon l8r hago (Reply to this)
